On your most recent Nova Scotia Power bill, find your Account Number (top left of bill) and Web Access number (top right of bill). Call us if you don't have a bill yet.

Provide us with some general information to set up your secure profile.

Activate your account by following the link we’ll send you via email. Then you’re all set!

The Automatic Landlord Plan

The Automatic Landlord Plan provides your rental property with year-round, continuous service. You don’t have to contact us each time a tenant moves in or out. Once your property has been set up under the plan, you won’t be charged service connection fees or be responsible for a tenant’s outstanding balance.
