As a result of the recent cyber incident, Nova Scotia Power is offering all current and past customers a five-year subscription to the comprehensive online credit monitoring service provided by TransUnion (myTrueIdentity®) at no cost.

If you received a letter from us, your unique activation code is included in that notice. Please use the code from your letter to begin the sign-up process online via the TransUnion myTrueIdentity® website.

If you are a current or former customer who did not receive a letter, use this form to validate your information and secure a unique activation code to sign up for the service.
